Prop Performance Question

I have a 25 Contender Open with twin 200hp Yamaha 2 stokes turning 21 pitch 14 7/8 diameter Yamaha props. Current performance is WOT 5000 rpms and a top speed of 52mph with the trim tabs tucked in and the motors trimmed up. Motors are mounted in the next to highest mount. Except at WOT the rpm's and speed match, i.e. 4000 rpms = 40 mph.

Recently. I picked up a spare set of props, 19 pitch 15 1/4 diameter. Question is what kind of performance should I expect with the slightly larger more pitched props.

They should increase rpm's at full throttle, better hole shot, probably better fuel economy and speed may stay the same or drop a couple of mph.
