Arco Power Trim Motor Rebuild

Hey People,

I've got a '90 200hp, and this is the 4th power trim motor in it's lifespan so far.

My latest is an ARCO 6265 (2nd one) which has inevitably seeped water inside of itself and ruined the brushes.
Arco states they do not sell any parts for this model, whatsoever.

Has anyone had any experience rebuiding these? I'm thinking of soldering on a new set of brushes (something I've done before), but I just wanted to run it past some of you kind folks.

Also, If anyone has a good source for brushes on-line, that'd be great.
