Battery connection

Could anybody help me to connect a battery to my Yamaha 15HP four stroke motor? It is the model F15MSHC year 2004. I checked and I noticed it has a Rectifier and there are four wires coming from it. Which wire goes to where?

If it does have the rectifier then connect the red wire to positive battery post and a black wire to engine ground to negative battery post.
