97 Yamaha 115

Polarity was reversed and now nothing.
Light and bilge pump work but it does not turn over (not even a sound is made) and tilt does nothing either.
Is this a rectifier problem?

It blew the fuse on the engine, the fuse will blow if hook the battery cables up wrong.
