Trim Tilt Motor caps magnets

I recently replaced two motor cap covers on the trim units of two (1700 hrs)
F2oo.after 20 hrs of use the port motor unit went .I removed the cover to find one of the magnets had come unstuck and plenty of black dust from the brushes .I replaced the brushes .now the starb unit has done the same thing .Has anyone had any problems with the new parts and the magnets falling off and also does anyone have any experice gluing these back and if so what glue ? .Also is it worth sending them back to Yamaha ?

The only time had trouble with magnets is when trim switch got stuck or shorted out and trim motor ran for a long time which caused it to overheat.
