2002 225 4stroke

I have twinn 225 4stroke motors. The port motor cuts out at 4200 RPM. I can bring the controle handle back and up again the engine will run again till it hits 4200 than die.I have 44lbs fule on the high pressure side even when it falls. I checked the throtal positioning senser and it seems to be the same as the other engine.
What am I over looking ?

It would be hard to say. Check compression,condition of fuel(water or bad gas),check ignition system for loss of fire.
