F100TXRZ Cooling System

I just had the water pump, housing and thermostat replaced. Put the boat in the water and do not have water coming from the tell hole. Have water pressure at the fresh water flush port at idle. Went home and hooked up to fresh water flush and water came out to tell hole and all other water ports. Ran the engine while in the water at idle for about 20 minutes and did not overheat. Any ideas?

With motor running push a small wire up into tell-tale tube to remove bugs/wasp nests that sometimes like to live in them. good luck!
