running on 2 cyls not all 3

new here looks like an informative site just got a new boat with a 3 cyl 60 hp 1999 on it been sittin for 5 years i cleaned all carbs , put new fuel tank lines filter new set of plugs and it started right up but she is only running on 2 clys swapped coil packs still the same cyl im gettin good spark but when i pull the plug wire off that cyl it doesnt change the sound of the motor im runnin out of ideas any thing i might be missin thanks in advance shooter

when you pull off wire are you getting spark from it or just no SOUND change....

then that carb is still dirty.

How is the compression?

all 3 cyls are witin 1 lb of each other , trie re cleaning carb still no good tomorrow is another day thanks for the comebacks

you never said which cylinder is not firing, and if the plug is wet with fuel when pulled.
#3 will possibly run too rich and not fire if fuel pump is leaking through its pulse hole into the crank case on #3.
