What size prop? & other tech questions???

Just purchased a 1992 Ranger 365 with a Yamaha ProV 150!

Questions:

What size prop should I be running on this? 3 or 4 blade?

What should the water pressure be at idle and at 5600 rpm?

Not sure which pitch prop would be best for you, generally 3 blades give more top speed and 4 blades give better hole shot.
Should have mininum 11 psi water pressure at wide open throttle and 0 psi at idle.
