Why doesnt Yamaha have my model #9.9ELRW

I have looked and looked for my model number in parts places but there is none. Why is that? I have to compare the 97 to the 99 model to see if the part is going to work. Why isnt there a 9.9ELRW Listed? I Have a 98 9.9 Electric start 20 in shaft NON-tiller.
Any clues? I have emailed Yamaha but wont answer.

Not sure, only have manual start models listed for 1998 and newer motors.
