Advice syncing carbs on F40

I have a 2003 F40 which has just recently had the carbs cleaned. I finally bought a Morgan Carbtune but i'm still having trouble syncing the carbs. I am under the impression that I make the adjustments using the air adjustment screws but I am not getting much change that way. Is this the wrong way to do it or do I have some other problem? Also is the correct starting point for the air adjustment screws 2 turns out or 1 1/2? Any help would be appreciated.

I would recomend getting a manual for the motor and follow the link and sync along with the other adjustments.

The seloc manual says that the carbs should be set progressively 5mm Hg apart, is this true or should they be set to the same vacuum?
