I have a 98 3.1 VMAX with the OX66 fuel injection. I plan on doing a shock treatment with sea foam, and if my throttle body is dirty is their something I can use to clean it with by hand. Or is doing the shock treatment enough?

Throttle body shouldn't be dirty but can be removed and cleaned with parts cleaner. If shock treatment doesn't solve what ever problem you have may have to have injectors rebuilt.
