Conversion question 1997 Yamaha 40hp tiller to remote

I have a 1997 Yamaha 40hp tiller motor (model C40ELRV) I want to convert it to remote control steering, throttle and drive gear. Not necessary to relocate electric start or choke...what do I need? Thanks for your help my last post had the wrong motor listed...
