Query about flushing muffs

Hi, just bought a boat with a 2006 FETOX 200HP 2 stroke Yammie. When I flush with muffs should I get water coming out of the pee hole? because this happens when I attach the flushing hose but not with muffs. Maybe I didnt have enough water pressure? maybe my muffs aren't tight enough?? I'm a bit of a noobie with outboards so any advice appreciated.

Muffs

I too had problems. I wasnt sure it was the muffs till I put the unit in a garbage can. It peed then, so I knew it was the muff. I bought 3 different ones. I was ready to give up when I was talking to my older son. He went to KMart and bought one with much more tension with the hose on it. It worked. Think it was $ 14.95. I paid $20. + for the others.
