Head bolt Torque CV85 & head Gasket

My head gasket has a history of leaking... I am replacing the gasket with a new OEM.

Should I install without silicone... if it leaks remove & add a small amount of silicone sealer. Would the gasket be OK to "reuse" at that point?

In addition... Does anyone know the Torque and order on the head bolts?

No you should not use gasket sealer and you should use a new gasket when head is removed.
First torque for head bolts is 11 ft lbs, second torque 22 ft lbs.
