Synchronizing 2 Stroke Carbs?

I have searched through the posts and I have seen where members have purchased a synchronizing tool to perfectly synch their carbs, but the site that sells the tool show that it is for FOUR STROKE motors with no mention of 2 strokes.

The carbs on my 115 2 stroke don't appear to have anywhere to connect a vaccuum line.

My SELOC manual does not go into very good detail about synchonizing the carbs so what is the best way to do this on a 2 stroke motor? Do I have to have a special tool to do this?

2 stroke motors do not require a vacumn tool to sync carbs, just adjust linkage as per your Seloc manual to sync them.
