Dirt 115 2 stroke Carb Teardown / Wrong Parts from factory?

I just tore down my dirty carbs on my 2000 115 2 stroke and found the slow air jets had part numbers that did not match anything on the exploded parts view. The exploded view show these jets to be numbered either 78 or 82 and the jets in my carb show 09. Does anyone know if these are really the wrong parts?

I will post pics as soon as download a program to scale them back to uploadable size.

The slow air jets on a 2000 115 should be #60, you have the right ones in carbs.
