15 ft glasstream yamaha 90 hp slow holeshot

Takes about 10 seconds or more to get on plane. currently running 19k prop. do not know max rpm's tach is not working. gps says 43mph.What size prop should i try for better holeshot without killing top end. also would stainless in the same pitch be any different?

Probably need to try a smaller pitch prop. The rpm range on a 2 stroke 90 is 4500-5500 rpm's.
