2004 F75 Four Stroke Idle setting and lower unit noise when shifting

Hi
I am waiting on my manual to arrive for my F75TLR and I am wondering what my engine should idle at. also when shifting to forward or reverse there is a slight grinding noise in lower unit is this normal for Four Strokes?

Should idle at 850 rpm's in neutral, 750 in gear. Don't slow shift into gear too slowly, shift into gear with a rapid motion or it will grind.
