Yam F150 Operating Temperature

Anyone know the operating temperature range for a Yamaha F150?

I started monitoring temp via my Lowrance network and have seen temps in as high as 212 degree F. Seems high to me since I have read that the thermostat opens around 170-180 degrees when running WOT, 5200 RPM.

Thermostat opens at 136-144 degrees, overheat alarm activates at 183-194 degrees.
