low power

i have a 70 hp yamaha 3 stroke it has low power . i pull the bottom spark plug and it was wet. i had a compresion done and it was good.it run good but it cut off i put new plugs in still low power but it dont cut off .what can i do can it be coil pack.

Could be a carb flooding, ruptured fuel pump diaphram or an ignition problem.

You would need to test ignition componets as stated in service manual.
