Steering Wheel Play ??

How do you take out the play (slop) in the steering on an 50 TLR-It seems to have the Sea Star (Teleflex) set up on a Bennington Pontoon boat.

I found the teleflex site all that was said was to tighten/loosen the connection Unit ?????

What's the connection unit...thought it was part of the OEM engine package ??

There is no adjustment, check that the cable connections are tight at engine and where it connects to helm.

That's what I thought by looking at it. Sort of an El-Cheapo setup.

But I guess satisfactory, for the situation and the boat .
