I'm a new member here. I have a Scout 175 Sportfish with a 2005 Yamaha 90 HP four stroke.

I have two questions:

1. What is the spark plug gap

2. It used to start right away, this year it has to crank a while before it will start - any thoughts on why?

Spark plug is LFR5A-11 and gap is 0.043"
The 2005 is fuel injected we haven't had any cold start problems, the 2004 are carb models and cleaning carbs usually resolves cold start problems..
