Starting Problems '08-8HP 2 Stroke, Solved

I've been having starting problems on the first start of the day since new.
I believed I have solved my problem.
This seems the solution.
Pump the Bulb till hard
Throttle on the Start Position
Lanyard connected
Choke On
Give the rope a FULL, FULL Firm Pull
2 pulls and wholla it starts.

I've not been giving a complete "pull" do to confined seating....or... maybe it is just broken in.
