Speed & Fuel Meter to Lowrance GPS

I need help wiring my Yamaha Speed & Fuel Manage Meter to the NMEA network on my LMS 522C iGPS. I cannot get any intelligent information from Lowrance. It appears I will need a cable to connect to the GPS. HELP!
