bad ignition switch

I have a 1998 115HP Yamaha . The ignition switch is bad. I thought I could easily change it out but it looks much more involved than I expected. the switch goes to a harness and other wires run elsewhere. It is part of the alarm buzzer and the kill switch.

I went to a small dealer and he could not find the part or part number.

Where can I find this switch??
