2002 Yamaha hard start

Can not get prime start enrichment system To work on my 2002 Yanmaha 60TLRA. I do not get any volts when I try pushing the key in while starting or when ignition on. Can anyone help me to diagnose this?

The prime starter is not connected to choke on switch. The prime starter rarely fails it's usually plugged passages in carb or bad diagram. When starting tilt motor all the way down, pump up primer bulb and don't give it any throttle, crank at idle, once it starts you can give a little throttle to warm up engine.

After posting this question i found that pushing in that key does nothing to this motor. I found some crud in the pilot jets and emulsion tubes. It now starts right up now.
