F80 BETL unidentified pipe

Now you have sorted the electrics for me and I have sorted the controls there are two rubber pipes. The larger is for the fuel obviously but what is the other for.

It is about 5mm in diameter and seems to go through the engine compartment with the other cables and ends up tucked into the leg on the boat side, ie opposite side to the propellor. There seems to be a restrictor near the leg end.

Also where can I get an owners manual for this engine?

Probably the speedometer hose, speedometer hose connects to that hose for speed signal.
