I am trying to find out if this tach rig kit will fit on my 2007 F115TLR 68VL. And if not what it would take to make it work.

The 2005 and up motors use 6YR-W0035-E2-00 tach kit. To use the E1 you would need adapter 6Y5-85335-00-00.
