115 HP Carb Rebuild 1999

Never ran any stabal, used at least once per 2 month

I just cleaned my carbs and didn't notice any problems. Just a little varnish. Waiting on a part right now.

I was having a little stall on acceleration. Can the pilot air adjustments cause this and what function does the pilot air screw perfom?

The service manual says to adjust them 5/8 turn out +- 1/4 turn. Does I need to do any fine tuning beyond that?

Usually it's from plugged jets or passages in carbs. The pilot screws adjust the air/fuel mixture at idle.
