Cpu F50fetl

Hello,
I'm the owner of a 50HP (2006; Model:F50FETL; sold in Europe, Ident.No:6C1-1009890; 4-stroke+fuel injection). The european dealer told me that i can change the CPU (from the F60CETL) and dismount the restrictorplate to increase the power up to 60HP.
Can i take the CPU of the F60TLR ( partno.: 6C5-8591A-31-00) sold in US?
Can you help me to find the correct no.?

Don't know if that would up the horsepower, never tried it. Also we don't have any information european models and not sure if parts are the same.
