Water in oil

Hi,

my seperate 2 stroke oil tank has a whisp of white in it which I suspect to be the presence of moisture.

There is about 3/4 of a gallon. Do I try remove the moisture and if so how? Or do I turf the oil? Does this affect the mix ratio etc.
