1998 115 inshore

I just bought a 98 115 inshore. Compression test all 4 jugs are at 135 psi, so next i clean carbs they were bad. The idle screws were only 3/4 turn out from snug. Now the motor seems to run fine but it will miss a little should I turn the screws out to 1 1/2 turns and see if that solves the miss.

The initial setting is 5/8 of a turn, some adjustment may be required.
