Tamaha200 1994 lower unit questions

I see water in oil (wite oil) on my Yamaha 200 lower unit because the seals are damaged.

- Is possible to change the propeller shaft damaged seals without remove the bearing carrier and the nut ring?

- Whwn I rotate and press down (by hand) the driveshaft I hear a noise and the rotation isn't the rotation is not perfectly free.
It's normal or the lower unit may be damage?

No you will have to remove housing to replace seals. With the water pump impeller removed the drive shaft should turn freely.
