Oil Filter Yamaha F40

Hi.
I have a Yamaha F40 2002 and 2007, when I buy oil filter at my supplier I get filter 3FV134401000, but I've seen in a list that this filter is for engines up to 2000 and that I should have filter 5GH-13440-00 – 00 for my engines, is there any difference between these filters and it is ok to use 3FV -13440-00-00?

5GH-13440 is the correct filter, not sure what the difference is.
