Electrothermal Valve

Comming from the stater there is a gren/gren and white wire, and also a blue wire which is tapped in that which is supposed to go to the Electrothermal Valve in the diagram... I can not find the Electrothermal Valve....

Could this be why the motor shoots up from 2000Rpm to 3000Rpm whith out touching the throtle.

opps...sorry I have a 94 90hp yamaha... model number 90tlrs....

The Electrothermal Valve is on the middle carb on that engine, It does cause the engine to fast idle when engine is cold then idles down when engine warms up. But it should only rev to about 1200-1400 RPM'S
