Rebuild Carbs - Do O-Rings have any lube on them

This weekend my son & I will be rebuilding the 3 carbs on our 04' - 70HP2 stroke.
Do the O-Rings that the carbs sit on have any kind of lube or sealant (Like a car oil filter should be covered in a small film of oil)
Are they placed on dry & the fuel mixture that passes thru the carbs automatically lubes them?
