Yamaha 75hp to 90hp modification

Hi all im new to this forum and i am thinking of purchasing a mid 90's yamaha 75hp which i would want to make into 90hp, most of the parts are the same except the carbs but i was wondering if the exhausts are different too or if its just the carbs...please can someone help me out
