Ignition Problem

I have a 1997 25 hp tiller handle. Cylinder 2 is missing and not getting spark all of the time. I have swapped out both of the ignition coils and get the same results. I think that my problem is originating from what I think you would call and ingnition module or ignition pack. Has any one ever had this problem before and is there an aftermarket company or someone to buy these parts from? I htink the part number is
