Primer ball tightens up at high speeds?

I got a wierd occurance, at high speeds my primer ball sucks in and floods my engine causing it to run funny and stall...i have to open the line and let the air out to get it going again...any reason why???

You have a fuel restriction in fuel hose or fuel tank pickup.

So this is normal? I sould not worry?

No there is a problem with fuel delivery, may need to replace fuel hose and anti siphon valve and change fuel filters.
