c85hp over temp buzzer sounds

I have been having this problem for a while. If i run it wide open for a min. the buzzer will sound. The stream from the squirter never stops ,pick ups are clean. Doesn't look like its squirting very hard.If i keep it around 3200-3600 rpm it's fine. Last year i replaced the water pump,the thermostat and pulled the head to make sure the motor water jacket was not plugged. The problem cleared up for awhile but came back. Pulled the side exhast covers and they were clean also.Any sugestions are apreciated.

Did you replace water pump housing, use a water pump kit and new housing.

I'm sure it was impella and housing i changed at the same time.
