What are your experiences with your yamaha dealer finding and then fixing your engine problems?
It seems they have to report back to Yamaha over the phone and wait for yamaha to tell them what to do before doing anything, or send yamaha data for them to review? I understand they don't want to replace things and not get paid for it, but they it they say "yamaha hasn't called us back. .. " or "the line is busy. . . "
Is this normal and how long can I expect it to be in the shop?
