What to do for frozen carb on T9.9??

fuel does not seem to be passing the fuel pump due to unrelieved pressure on the carburator fuel line. Will spraying carb cleaner while starting the motor do the trick? Do I need to take it apart? Where can I find a more detailed shop manual for this motor?

The carb would need to be removed and cleaned. You can order Yamaha service manuals at www.yamaha-motor.com
