I've Got A 200 Hp Hpdi. How Important Is It To Drain And Clean Vapor Separator? Is It Just A Matter Of Removing The Drain Screw, Draining And Replace.what Is The Presure Valve On The Vs Used For? Thanks

if your engine is not making RPMs, one (but not necessarily THE one) problems could be that the VST filter is dirty. Just draining the tank will NOT clean it. just replaced the one on my F115 (probably could have gotten away with just cleaning it, but I had ordered the part, and had it apart, so I replaced). its not a hard task, just a bit tedious. Make sure you label all the hoses correctly.

If you put a good(10 micron) fuel/water separator filter in boat and keep it and fuel filter on engine serviced then you shouldn't get trash in vapor tank and wont need to drain. The schrader valve on VST is for testing fuel pressure.
