Yamaha 15hp Carburetor Leaking

2003 Yamaha 4 stroke was leaking gas from the top of the carburetor. I installed a carb kit and it ran fine at home, but when I took it to the lake for some family fishing it started leaking from top as soon as it was started. When I started the engine, it fired up and within 3-5 seconds it starts leaking fuel from the top and air intake. Unhook the gas feed and it will run fine with the fuel in the line. Also, the primer bulb will push the fuel out when pumped. Removed carb and inspected the float and it seems to shut off air blown into gas port. I can't find anyway to adjust the plastic float. Any ideas or suggestions?

Could be trash getting under float valve preventing it from seating or a bad float valve. Could be bad float, see if it floats.

Float floats. Next, I'll clean the carb again and try. Should I just replace the whole carb or does any else have any suggestions?
