25 hp help!!!

I have a 95 model c25msht and when I hook the fuel line up and pump fuel into carb fuel comes out the top of carb. I know about the float and took carb apart and float is seem to be functioning properly moving up and down. My question is could there be something else or is float not working properly like I said it is moving up and down so I am puzzled. all replys are helpfull and thank you.

Buy a carb kit and rebuild it. you could have had a piece of varnish or something that got stuck under the needle. while its apart give it a good cleaning make sure all passage ways are open and put in a new needle & seat
or your needle is just bad. Rekit it.

Thanks rrlyons i will give it a try today. I think the whole carb is only 120 bucks so i might just order a new one if i cant get it fixed.

Well got it fixed, needle was stuck and it needed a good cleaning
