HELP: I have a 2004 model 115HP Four stroke that sank. I had the agents take it to their workshop to test. Had to replace injectors, regulator, and more. But problem still persists - not obtaining proper RPM. Only seems to be running on 2 or 3 cylinders, reaching about 3800RPM. And sucks fuel, about 6 gallons per hour. Idle seems to be good. According to agent, all tested fine in workshop, only difference was they didn't use my remote (engine was removed from my boat).
Is it possible that the remote is causing this?
Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.
