2002 Yamaha TLRA

I am looking at a 2002 50 hp yamaha TLRA outboard. Power tilt and trim, but comes with no controls. It has been on a pontoon boat and only used in fresh water. It has a 20" shaft. This engine would replace my current 1986 35hp Mercury that has given me great service. I was hoping someone may be able to answer a few questions for me.
What is a fair price for this motor?
Where would be the best place to find a remote control unit for this engine for the best price?
Will my existing cable steering adapt to this engine, or would I have to purchase an adaptation to make it work.
Any and all advice and suggestions would be appreciated!!

thanks for the reply. I found a control box on e-bay, new in box, but is for older yamaha engines. Designed to work on motors without electric choke. 703-48230-12-10. Obviously this one will not work with this engine. Can you give an opinion on a fair value of an engine of this size and age. It has service records with it.
