Yamaha F225 Recall

Hi...I was hoping you could shed some light on the yamaha recall on 2002-2005 F225 yamahas...I found out about this recall after I experienced the problem that the recall is correcting...my boat has been at the dealer, "waiting" for parts for three weeks now...The dealer claims the parts are only about $20 bucks, but can not get them...Is this an easy fix and can i get the parts readily?

The recall is for a change in the throttle linkage bushing, If you are handy around mechanical things, It is a easy thing to do. Check with boats.net to see the parts availablity. It would probably take you about half hour to do the job yourself.
