Clymer Repair Manual question

Clymer publishes the "Yamaha 75-225 HP Four-Stroke Outboard Repair Manual, 2000-2003" they don't seem to have a manual out for the 2004, 115hp 4 stroke yamaha outboard. does anyone know if the 2004 model of the 115hp., 4 stroke is similar enough to the 2003 model to warrant a purchase of this manual?
